Shorgrass Playhouse, Inc. is proud to announce the production of 12 Angry Men!
12 Angry Men is a drama based on the Emmy award-winning television movie by Reginald Rose and was adapted for the stage by Sherman L Sergel.
“A 19-year-old man has just stood trial for the fatal stabbing of his father and his fate is left in the hands of 12 jurors. What looks like an open and shut case becomes more as these jurors begin to re-examine each testimony. Tempers get short, arguments grow heated, and the jurors become 12 angry men. The jurors’ final verdict and how they reach it add up to a fine, mature piece of dramatic literature, an experience you’ll be proud to be a part of!”
Production dates are Saturday, June 1st at 7:00pm; Sunday, June 2nd at 2:00pm; Saturday, June 8th at 7:00pm; and Sunday, June 9th at 2:00pm.
